Returns & Exchanges

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email CustomerService@stjohnsbayrum.com for resolution or return the products to: St Johns Returns, Havensight Piers, Warehouse #1, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgins Islands 00801. You are responsible for all related return shipping costs.

Refunds: A full refund for any unopened product returned within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy is to credit the same credit card your purchase was made on for any refunds. We will notify you by email when your return and refund is processed.

 

Exchanges: Exchanges will be offered for similar products up to the order value within 60 days of purchase. You are responsible for shipping charges
