Director / Creative Director Jeffery Plansker had long felt a gap existing in LA’s menswear stores. For all the ex-Brits, east coasters and citizens of the world who have relocated to Southern California, there was little to no “go to” shop to find the Anglo-Ivy or Mod lifestyle : Bespoke suits and shirts, bench made UK shoes, accessories, record store and books. Enter The Bloke, a concept store located in Pasadena’s historic Burlington Arcade.
